I’m one of the unfortunate souls who doesn’t get today off a work. It’s just another Monday! So I tried to start it out right with an Americano, which has half the caffeine of a regular cup of coffee, an apple and a banana.
That banana is smiling at me:)
Then later I ate one of the best things ever. Peanut butter, maple syrup and dark chocolate chunks!
It was the last of the peanut butter so I had to shnazz it up a bit:) hehe
Last night I met with the other Raytown Community Garden girls to discuss our 2010 proposal and talk about our first seed sowing date (February 22!!!). We will be starting seeds for things like tomato, pepper, eggplant and the herbs in our houses with growing lights for starters because it’s far to cold to plant seeds outside and the plants need to be at a certain stage by May when they can be planted in the garden. Here’s a pic of us girls last summer at the Raw Bliss Fest.
Rachel, Megan and I. That was a good day. I crave that warmth!
This year our garden will be more organized and we’ll be able to do so much more because of everything we learned last year! I’m so excited!

What a great idea to put chocolate and maple syrup! I LOVE scraping the bottom of PB jar
americano has half the caffeine??? interesting
Love that picture. You’re all glowing!
Hey Lady,
I wrote the reference of Romans 1:16 on my arm to remind me while I was at school and it was there on the tip of my tongue! Such a good one. The other may take me longer to memorize, though.
Great picture of you three. Now that we’re having a break from the snow, I’m already excited for spring, too! I planted my onion seeds and will do so with more as soon as they get here.
Now I’m curious, Elise. What was the other reference?
Her reference this week is Romans 2:2-4….it IS a hard one! There aren’t many easy ones in Romans 2. haha
