Last night I didn’t get much sleep, not sure why and I’ve been suffering from it all day! So this evening, one that I have alone at home, I’m resting and going to go to bed early. I didn’t have much of an appetite because of being tired and I think over all today wasn’t a great one in food. I had an apple at work after my green smoothie. It was a boring red delicious . hehe
However, I did want hummus so when I got home I got together my ingredients. I wanted to make a double batch so that I could bring some to work tomorrow and maybe snack on it over the weekend.
Garbonzo beans
lemons
garlic
salt
and olive oil!
I blend them in the blender until smooth and plop it in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil, cumin and cayenne on top. After the topping was gone I used hot sauce. hehe. I dipped carrots in it since I don’t do well with bread. It was delicious!
I think my tiredness has been intensified by my lack of calories today I just know it. But I think I’m going to shower now and go to bed.

Mmmmmmmm hummus!! That looks so phenomenal right now. Mother Kayla says eat, eat, eat, and get those calories!! Your body NEEDS them now more than ever
So, I slept 8 hours last night, but I was still falling asleep during class. My body is weird!
But a lack of calories is easy to fix! Just get a few spoonfuls of PB!
oh… hummus! I haven’t had it for ages!!! need to get some soon!
