What do you do with your chard? I just picked up 2 bunches at the farmer’s market and can’t figure out how to eat them! Sautéed, baked into chips? What’s your fave way?

I love sauteed with a little butter and lemon juice but I couldn’t bring myself to cook this gorgeously juicy and green chard….so I’m using it in salads and thinking about juicing it too. hehe
