You know, these days I’ve been craving the nice, therapeutic monotony of sewing. So I’m trying to make time to let myself just sew. It’s not easy. In fact, it’s quite hard. However, it’s worth every minute I can get. The ironing is calming, the quiet motor of the sewing machine is comforting and the finished product, fulfilling. I can do it during Eli’s nap and Avery’s quiet time when they line up if I just force myself to ignore other things for an hour or two. There’s always things that can be done around the house and I’m always itching to do them once I get the chance but this is more important when the chance presents itself. It’s not every day, but that’s fine with me. We’re busy people:) So here’s what I’ve listed on The Ring Slinger this past weekend.
Blue Dandelion Print Ring Sling
It’s been nice, and I hope to do more these days.
